Planning Manager – Highway & Transport Programs

FM Conway is recruiting a Planning Manager to join our Transport for London HMPF contract. You will lead the effective planning and programming of reactive, planned and non-core highway works, ensuring that programmes are achievable and resources are used efficiently.

You will collaborate with TfL, operational teams and specialist divisions to maintain a safe and functional highway network while minimising disruption to road users and communities across London.
