Hybrid Safeguarding & Inclusion Lead for Learner Welfare

Babcock is seeking a Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager to lead safeguarding, welfare and inclusion across UK learning programs. You’ll work with leadership, delivery teams and external partners to ensure learner wellbeing and outstanding delivery. The role involves travel across sites and a hybrid working pattern.

The successful candidate will have FE experience, a Level 3+ Designated Safeguarding Lead qualification, and proven data analysis skills to identify trends and drive improvements.
