Charge Nurse & Shift Leader — Path to Clinical Lead

Mearns View Care Home is seeking a Charge Nurse (RGN or RMN) to take overall responsibility for clinical and operational delivery during shifts. This senior role requires leadership, clinical expertise and decisive decision-making to maintain high standards of care across the home.

You will lead and coordinate the team, manage medication processes and ensure care plans and regulatory standards are followed. Out-of-hours coverage will be required to ensure continuous, safe operation.
