Hybrid HR Advisor & Operations

Howden, a global insurance group, is seeking an HR Advisory professional to support the Specialty business across the employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for managers, provide guidance on absence, performance, conduct and probation, and help drive consistent HR policy application.

You’ll manage employee relations cases, maintain HR data in Workday, and work with payroll and recruitment to ensure smooth operations.
