Job Description:
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant at HMP Swaleside on the Isle of Sheppey. You will work under a registered nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in prison, including taking blood pressures, ECGs and wound care, following a written care plan.
You will engage with patients to provide holistic, needs-led care addressing physical, emotional and social needs, while supporting health promotion and better wellbeing outcomes in a secure setting.
