Change Grow Live Bromley is seeking a Young Persons Resilience Worker to support children and young people in the Bromley Changes team. You will deliver interventions on drug and alcohol awareness and harm minimisation, manage a caseload of young people, and provide 1-to-1 support for under 18-year-olds.
You will also plan and run group work programmes and collaborate with partner agencies to help young people access safer choices and thrive.
