Dementia Activities Coordinator: Patient Wellbeing Lead

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for the Dementia Specialist Unit to deliver meaningful activities that promote independence and well-being for patients living with dementia.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will plan tailored activities, monitor engagement, and maintain records while supporting safety and holistic, person-centred care. This is a permanent Band 3 position with flexible days to meet patient needs.
