Health & Wellbeing Employment Specialist (IPS)

Hyra is recruiting an energetic Employment Specialist Health & Wellbeing to support people facing health-related barriers across Cheshire East, delivering IPS-based employment support integrated with health and wellbeing services.

You will work with individuals with mental health challenges, disabilities and long-term conditions, providing personalised, strengths-based coaching, CV development, job search help and in-work support to achieve sustainable employment.
