Employee Relations Advisor (6‑Month FTC) – Hybrid

Brainkind is a charity in the UK focused on improving lives of people with brain injuries. We seek an Employee Relations Advisor on a 6-month FTC to provide expert HR/ER guidance, coach managers, and lead internal investigations to ensure fair outcomes.

The role is York-based with hybrid working, offering up to £33,475 per year and a 35-hour week. You’ll support policy development, TUPE considerations, and tribunal readiness.
