Empowering Social Care Worker – Children with Disabilities

Rochdale Borough Council is recruiting for multiple Social Care Workers to join its Children with Disabilities Service. You will work directly with children, young people, parents and carers to assess needs and coordinate support.

This role emphasizes relationship-based practice, safeguarding, inclusion and positive outcomes, with flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends and travel within the borough. An enhanced DBS check is required.
