Resident Liaison & Customer Care Lead (Hybrid)

Southern Housing is seeking a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to be the main link between residents and our delivery teams during works on homes, estates and communal areas.

You will coordinate pre-work information, attend surveys, organise resident meetings, manage complaints with the Resolution Team and report on KPIs to support service improvements. Hybrid role based at Farringdon with occasional site visits.
