Overview

Senior Product Designer based in London to craft rail-booking experiences tailored for the EU market. You will lead end-to-end design for mobile and web, translating user needs into polished interfaces while aligning with EU terminology and accessibility standards. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to validate designs using research and product data, contributing to the design system and localization decisions. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across mobile and web from concept to prototype
• Simplify complex rail journeys including fares, Railcards, and disruptions
• Apply EU terminology, content patterns, visual conventions, and accessibility standards
• Use research, feedback and data to validate and improve designs
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and international stakeholders
• Contribute to the design system and share EU-market insights for localization decisions

Key requirements

• Significant experience in product, UX/UI or interaction design
• 3+ years in travel and tech industry
• Based in London or willing to relocate
• Experience localising global products for the EU market
• Strong interaction and visual-design skills to simplify complexity
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, design tokens, prototyping)
• Polished portfolio showing process, ownership and impact
