Associate/Associate Director Asset Management Consultant – Water Sector

Overview

In this role you will lead advisory commissions for infrastructure clients, focusing on resilience, sustainability and value for money. You’ll work with water sector clients and multi-disciplinary teams to apply asset management principles and develop opportunities for long-term value. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive delivery and business development, and lead people management within the team. This is an opportunity to shape asset management solutions at scale within a values-driven, collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and delivery of advisory commissions within multi-disciplinary teams
• Project management and responsibility for financial outcomes of commissions
• Business development, client relationship building, proposals and tenders
• People management and development within the team, including line management duties

Key requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Track record in infrastructure asset management or advisory work in water or regulated sectors
• Awareness of asset management principles and whole-life management areas
• Experience in business development and proposal production
• People management experience and ability to translate data into actionable insights
