As Product Manager for the Cabin Decision & Execution space, you own the end-to-end lifecycle of cabin-facing decision-support tools and enterprise platforms. You shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery, guiding a cross-functional squad to reduce cabin workload and improve in-air decision-making. You balance SaaS offerings with custom builds while collaborating with Cabin Operations, Safety, Retail, and the Crew Device platform team. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cabin decision-support tools and enterprise SaaS platforms
- Define vision, roadmap and execution for cabin decision-support tools
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, designers, data specialists and delivery experts
- Drive products from discovery through delivery, adoption and ongoing optimisation
- Balance SaaS configurations with custom builds to maximise value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Cabin Operations, Safety, Retail and the Crew Device platform team to protect safety standards while improving operational efficiency
Key requirements
- Product Experience in shipping technology products within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- SaaS & Platform Delivery: managing enterprise SaaS vendors with a mix of configurations and custom code
- Agile Mindset with experience leading cross-functional squads
- Data-Driven & Tech-Literate with ability to partner with data/engineering teams
