Commercial Property Solicitor – Milton Keynes

Overview

In this role you will manage a diverse commercial property caseload within a busy, expanding team. You will handle landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, and complex documentation for a range of clients including business owners and investors. The position offers a friendly, supportive environment and opportunities to work on high-quality matters for HNW clients. You will contribute to growth and client service in a well-established Bucks firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload within a team to support growing client base
• Assist on larger transactions
• Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters including negotiating new/renewal leases and 1954 Act advice
• Prepare and negotiate infrastructure agreements
• Draft and review property-related construction documentation

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE as a solicitor
• Experience across property development, investments, and sectors like hospitality, retail, and agriculture
• Strong client care skills
