You will handle transactions for high-profile financial institutions, including mezzanine, development, and Islamic finance deals. Responsibilities

• Support lender-focused real estate finance transactions for banks, insurers, funds and other financial institutions
• Contribute to mezzanine, development and Islamic finance deals
• Collaborate with partners and teams to manage deal execution and due diligence
• Provide transactional support across the lifecycle of financing arrangements
• Assist in client communications and deal structuring
• Help maintain high-quality, industry-leading standards in execution

Key requirements

• 2+ PQE (England & Wales)
• Real estate finance experience at a Magic Circle, US or Top 20 City firm
