Implementation Manager – Moveworks

Overview

In this role you drive on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform for enterprise customers. You lead implementations, collaborate with customers and partners, and guide governance, risk, and change management to achieve value. You mentor teams and advocate for customer needs, feeding insights back to product. This position sits at the intersection of services, sales, and product to scale AI-enabled workflows that transform work.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial Moveworks implementations and new product offerings, often with a services partner
• Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change, resourcing, and reporting
• Help customers identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows delivering business value
• Provide change management best practices for adoption and organizational readiness
• Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customers to understand goals, challenges, and value
• Act as single point of contact to align solutions and secure customer agreement
• Mentor team members and partners to meet engagement deliverables
• Identify gaps between actuals and plan, propose solutions, and drive resolutions
• Partner with Product to translate field insights into product design and development
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-launch transition

Key requirements

• 4+ years progressive experience leading software implementations (SaaS preferred) with enterprise customers
• Project management experience including scope control, budgeting, estimating, and resource management
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Ability to propose technical solutions and communicate concepts clearly
• Process-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience building relationships with senior executives
• Creativity and autonomy in project execution
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and cross-functional collaboration
• Diplomatic, tactful, and poised under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to travel up to 25%
