Sr. Manager, Product Management – Platforms – London UK, Hybrid

Overview

In this role you drive the vision and roadmap for hardware and system software, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive dynamics. You will collaborate across engineering and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact products from concept to bookings. You’ll engage with customers to understand problems and translate insights into strategy, shaping the product line for visibility platforms. This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional launches and influence product direction in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for hardware and system software products based on market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering to build and improve features, prioritise fixes, and meet performance/scalability targets
• Analyze competitive landscape and market segments to position the product effectively
• Plan and execute cross-functional product launches with internal and external enablement
• Engage with customers and partners to evangelize strategy and collect feedback on current and future features
• Demonstrate strong understanding of hardware architectures and network protocols to align product with customer and engineering needs

Key requirements

• Solid Product Management experience with operating systems, platforms, or related technologies
• Ability to translate customer pain points into well‑written requirements and communicate them at technical and business levels
• Experience driving requirements from initial writing through engineering discussions to release
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Technical Marketing/Product Marketing
