Chief Insights & Growth Leader

IG Group is seeking a Head of Insights to lead the customer insight agenda within Marketing & Growth. You’ll translate complex data into compelling narratives, guide strategic decisions, and partner with Product, Commercial and Operations to embed insights across the organisation.

You will design and run primary research, synthesise multiple data sources, and lead a small team to build scalable, self-service insights for stakeholders across the business.
