Female Support Worker: Compassionate Care & Community Impact

Avenues Group in Caterham on-site is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a small team supporting 5 ladies with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism. You will help them access day-to-day activities and community outings, using strong communication to engage with them and their families.

No previous experience required; comprehensive training is provided, including Health and Social Care Diploma, with DBS paid for by us, and flexible on-site shifts.
