Acquisition & Performance Marketing Lead

Avant Arte is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition for Avant Arte and Make-Ready Editions. You will own the acquisition engine across channels, shape forecasting, and lead measurement-driven optimisations for a rapidly expanding paid media program.

You’ll work with the Marketing team to align campaigns with brand strategy, manage a growing budget, and deliver measurable impact across releases each week.
