Support Worker for Disabled Adults – Personal Care

Penderels Trust is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support two adults in their home in Stambourne near Finchingfield, Braintree. You will help with personal care, meals, medication, and everyday tasks, promoting independence and safety.
