Pavement Asset Engineering Manager – Lead Regional Programs

National Highways is seeking an Engineering Team Manager for the Southeast region Operations team to oversee pavement asset management, improving safety and reliability of the network. The role leads a team of engineers and technicians and is based at either Basingstoke or Maidstone.

You will drive governance, manage resources, and collaborate with supply chains and customers to deliver capital programmes and lifecycle plans that maximise value for money and performance.
