As a result of demand, they are now looking to hire a full-time Residential Surveyor in or around Chelmsford as follows:

• Covering select CM postcodes centred on Chelmsford
• Valuation heavy workload, close-knit patch with dedicated “postcode days” to minimise travel
• Highly competitive basic salary, likely falling in the region of £65k+
• £7200 Car allowance
• 17% pension contribution (12% employer)
• Private Healthcare (including provision for existing conditions)
• 5.25 point per day expectation, with bonuses paid monthly starting at £750 (rising incrementally to £2000 per month for those achieving 6 points per day)
• An additional year-end bonus if the patch performance exceeds expectations (profit share)
