Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister

An expanding property company is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister to help establish and grow its residential lettings business in Ascot. This role would suit an ambitious property professional with strong business development skills and a proven ability to win landlord instructions.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister:

• Generating new business opportunities and winning residential lettings instructions from landlords
• Carrying out rental valuations and providing professional advice on achievable market rents
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, applicants and existing clients
• Developing a strong pipeline of properties and maximising local lettings opportunities
• Negotiating offers, progressing tenancies and ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Helping establish effective lettings processes and contributing to the future growth of the department

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a Senior Negotiator or Lister role
• Strong track record of winning new landlord instructions and generating business
• Experience carrying out rental valuations and advising landlords on rental strategy
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to play a key role in developing a growing lettings business
