Head of Commercial Finance

A key strategic opportunity for an experienced commercial finance leader to take on a broad commercial strategy role working closely with the CEO, CFO and broader senior leadership team.

The role sits at the heart of the growth agenda, combining M&A, commercial finance, strategy and major investment decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead commercial finance and provide insight and challenge around strategic decisions
• Lead M&A financial activity across valuation, due diligence, investment cases and post-deal planning
• Assess organic growth opportunities, strategic investments and capital allocation
• Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis and complex business cases
• Provide commercial finance leadership across major bids, tenders, pricing and negotiations
• Develop a forward-looking view of revenue, margin and cash performance
• Partner with senior leadership to improve commercial performance and value creation
