Global Mobility & Immigration Lead (UK)

BDO UK LLP is seeking a skilled Global Mobility & Immigration professional to oversee UK immigration processes, international secondments, and permanent hires. You will ensure compliance with UKVI regulations, manage visa applications, and provide expert guidance to HR, business stakeholders and hiring managers.

You will develop strategies and processes to improve efficiency, compliance and the employee experience, while collaborating across Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll and Tax teams.
