West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking a Senior Manager – Investments to lead complex real estate investment transactions from appraisal through to handover. You will apply rigorous financial modelling, risk assessment and commercial judgement to structure funding and deliver socio-economic returns for the West Midlands.
You will present business cases to investment boards, oversee negotiations with developers and lenders, and ensure governance compliance across deals and portfolios.
