Remote ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager | 12m FTC

Exalto Consulting is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to lead strategic service management initiatives for a global client base. The role is largely remote with occasional travel to Cambridgeshire, and a 12-month fixed-term contract offering up to £70,000 basic salary.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and drive governance and reporting across regions. Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.
