Lead Civil Engineer, Highways & Infrastructure Design

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead highways design and deliver high-quality civil engineering packages across diverse projects in the UK. You will prepare drainage, earthworks, SuDS, pavements and utilities, and manage small teams while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires Chartered/Inc or near-charter status, a Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD and related design software.
