Alongside delivering high-quality work, you’ll help clients understand their financial position and make informed decisions. n n You’ll: n • Manage client relationships, leading regular meetings and discussing business performance. n • Prepare and review management accounts and information, translating the numbers into useful insights. n • Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns, maintaining strong technical standards. n • Oversee bookkeeping and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. n • Review, support and develop junior colleagues, helping them build capability and confidence. n • Contribute ideas for improving processes and client service, working closely with the director and wider team. n n You’re comfortable leading client meetings, explaining financial information clearly and managing competing deadlines.
