Job Description Due to continued growth, a leading Technical FM & HVAC specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its expanding Service Division covering the Central belt on a full time permanent basis. n n Working across a varied portfolio including luxury hotels, hospitality, student accommodation, large office buildings and retail environments, you’ll carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on a wide range of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. n n What’s on Offer? n n ·Up to £48,000 Basic Salary n ·Paid travel time ( after 30mins) n ·Company Van with Personal Use n ·Overtime Available (paid at x2 all weekend) n ·Genuine Career Progression n n The Role: n n · Service, maintenance and repair of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. n · PPMs and reactive breakdowns across split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated HVAC plant. n · Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. n · Carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance of AC equipment where required. n · Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems and associated controls. n · Carry out F-Gas compliance, leak testing and refrigerant handling in accordance with current regulations. n · Complete service reports, identify remedial works and provide reactive quotations where required. n n What We’re Looking For: n n · Recognised apprenticeship or relevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification. n · Valid F-Gas Category 1 qualification. n · Strong fault-finding and servicing experience on commercial air conditioning systems. n · Experience working with split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems. n · Good all-round HVAC and electrical fault-finding knowledge. n · Excellent customer service and communication skills. n ·Full UK Driving Licence. n n This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term career progression, autonomy and the chance to work across a prestigious commercial client portfolio. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
