We have an very exciting opportunity now available with one of our enterprise size clients! They are currently looking for a New Business Director to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.
Role Summary
The New Business Director will be a pivotal role responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and rapidly building the sales pipeline for MASAS.
This individual will lead the charge in establishing our presence in key international markets, developing critical client relationships, and ensuring our commercial objectives are met.
This is a crucial role to accelerate our outreach and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the GTM strategy and take ownership of the sales pipeline to meet and exceed commercial targets.
- Lead expansion and have direct responsibility for key regions, starting with Phase 1 (Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico) and moving to Phase 2 (Netherlands, US, UK, Germany).
- Collaborate with the our clients team to leverage and build upon existing client relationships.
- Define key sales categories, developing and executing a tailored outreach strategy for each.
- Create compelling sales materials for GTM outreach, including case studies from live projects.
- Partner with the technology team to inform product development and ensure solutions are scalable for a diverse client base
- Manage external agencies, setting clear targets and ensuring delivery against our strategic goals.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our product and strategy remain cutting-edge
