Spa Partnerships Lead – UK Growth

Elemis is seeking a Spa Business Partner for the UK Spa & Salon network. You will support luxury and core spa partners, coaching teams to meet sales and treatment KPIs while ensuring brand standards and strong guest experiences.

The role covers London and the South with frequent travel to partner sites. You will lead commercial planning, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the spa footprint by identifying growth opportunities and delivering compelling pitches.
