Senior Group Manager – Fire & Rescue Leadership (20% Duty Allowance)

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is seeking Group Manager level leaders to cover Devon and Somerset with a base in Somerset. You will bring inspirational leadership, experience in incident command, and a proven ability to deliver outcomes for communities served.

Applicants must be substantive Station Managers in a UK Fire and Rescue Service, hold the required ICS qualifications and PRDC, and demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration across partners and stakeholders.
