Investment Banking Analyst

We are currently looking to connect with Investment Banking Analysts for a potential opportunity with an established international M&A advisory firm in London.

The position offers exposure to mid-market M&A transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Develop financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
• Prepare pitch books, investment presentations and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry research, company analysis and commercial assessments.
• Assist with due diligence and coordinate with clients, investors and advisers throughout transaction processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Approximately 1-3 years of full-time experience in investment banking or M&A advisory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience working on live M&A transactions.
• Background from an investment bank or reputable M&A advisory firm.
• Excellent academic credentials, communication skills and attention to detail.
