Senior Fire Safety Manager – Housing Risk & Compliance

Thomas Gray Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Fire Safety Manager to lead the fire safety function across a large residential portfolio.

You will shape the organisation’s fire safety approach, work with senior stakeholders, asset management and development teams to deliver robust risk controls. You will oversee the fire risk assessment programme, ensure compliance with current legislation, manage actions and inspections, and guide policy development.
