Behaviour and Culture Lead – NPQ BEHAVIOUR REQUIRED

Are you an experienced Behaviour and culture specialist? We have an exciting new school opportunity!

We are currently recruiting for a BECO (Behaviour and Culture) role within a school setting in Birmingham.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced education professional with a strong background in behaviour, inclusion and pupil support.

Essential requirement:

NPQ in Leading Behaviour and Culture (or equivalent relevant NPQ) – essential

• Leading and supporting effective behaviour strategies
• Working with pupils presenting with challenging or complex behaviour
• Developing positive relationships with pupils
• Supporting staff with behaviour management
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Working with SEND and vulnerable pupils
• Using consistent, restorative and proactive approaches
• Contributing to a positive whole-school behaviour culture
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SLT and wider pastoral teams
