eNL, a respected regional law firm, seeks a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader in the West Midlands with 5+ years’ experience. You will head up a busy Residential Property team, supervise Conveyancers, Paralegals and Trainees, and manage a manageable caseload.

You will advise on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership, oversee workflow, provide technical support on complex matters, and drive performance, efficiency and client care.
