Senior Building Surveyor – Rural Estates & Heritage

Strutt & Parker seeks an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and grow its rural estates building consultancy in Scotland. The role requires senior-level ability to mentor, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver heritage, agricultural, residential and commercial projects to high standards.

The candidate will head a team, provide strategic advice on building performance and investment, manage maintenance programmes, and ensure compliance with CDM regulations across multiple estates.
