Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer – Multi-Site

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and engineering activities across multiple sites in Belfast and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Divisional Engineering Manager, you will drive equipment reliability, deliver capital projects, and support continuous improvement and ESG initiatives.

You will manage contractors, set performance metrics, and ensure H&S compliance while guiding a team of engineers and technicians.
