Job Description:
Refresco is seeking a hands-on HSE Manager to lead the safety programme on our Milton Keynes site. You will translate strategy into action on the factory floor, work with operations teams, influence behaviours and contribute to a strong safety culture across the site.
The role requires NEBOSH Diploma, 5+ years in HSE in manufacturing/engineering, and the ability to partner with regulators and leadership. You’ll drive continuous improvement, deliver compliance, and report on KPIs.
