Job Description:
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Delivery Suite and Triage Midwifery Coordinator to lead maternity care, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and ensure safe, compassionate care in the labour ward and triage areas.
You will work with obstetricians, anaesthetists, neonatal colleagues and midwives to prioritise workload, manage acuity, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement through audit and learning from incidents.
