Product Care Quality Lead – Warehouse Operations

ID Logistics UK, based in Northampton, seeks an experienced Product Care Manager to drive product care standards across the warehouse. You will work with our client’s Product Care, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure garments are stored, handled, processed and dispatched in line with brand expectations.

You will champion a culture of quality, lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practice is embedded throughout the operation.
