Locum Ready is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work at a GP practice in Farnham. The role focuses on autonomous NP-led clinics, managing minor illness and supporting urgent on‑the‑day demand.

You will provide efficient triage, assess and manage undifferentiated presentations, and help maintain continuity of care within a friendly, multidisciplinary team. Independent prescribing is desirable, and an Enhanced DBS is required. Regular or ad-hoc sessions with long-term opportunities are available.
