Hybrid Housing Management Solicitor – Social Housing Expert

Bevan Brittan LLP is recruiting a Solicitor or Associate to join its Housing Management team. The role is based across Birmingham, Bristol or Leeds with a hybrid working model.

You will advise social landlords on housing management matters, including injunctions, disrepair and possession claims, and handle matters under the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. Collaboration across multiple offices is expected.
