North Wales Regional Compliance & Assurance Leader

Wynnstay Group PLC is seeking a proactive Regional Compliance & Assurance Manager to audit and help lift compliance across the North Wales retail network. You will coach store teams, drive risk reduction and ensure audit-ready stores within a field-based role.

You will identify regulatory risks, produce clear reports and deliver practical improvements while collaborating with national and regional teams to promote a strong compliance culture and continuous improvement across the region.
