Community Health & Wellbeing Nurse – Mental Health

Waythrough is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join the New Vision Bradford service and deliver direct care across Bradford/Keighley sites. You will support the clinical team with alcohol assessments, detoxifications, BBV screening, vaccinations, and referrals, contributing to safer, healthier communities.

The role requires a registered nurse with clinical and psychosocial experience, strong commitment to harm reduction, and willingness to travel between sites.
