Senior Clinical Specialist Nurse – Dementia & Home Treatment

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist Nurse (NHS AfC Band 6) to join the Older Adults Home Treatment Team in Enfield. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a 7-day rota across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, delivering assessment, interventions and crisis care in the community.

You will mentor staff, develop protocols for dementia care, and ensure care is evidence-based and aligned with NICE guidelines, within a values-driven Trust.
