Estates Manager – High-Security Hospital Campus

West London NHS Trust is seeking an Estates Manager for Broadmoor Hospital in Crowthorne. You will assist the Senior Estates Manager in developing robust estate management processes to deliver efficient, safe and high-quality maintenance services across Broadmoor sites.

You will manage repairs, fault-finding and routine planned maintenance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, HTMs and Trust policies while focusing on patient safety, clinician satisfaction and cost efficiencies.
